Environment Artist

Rooster Teeth Productions, Austin, Texas – April 2013 – Present

  • Currently working as an Environment Artist on Red Vs. Blue Season 12, the longest running web series in history, as well as their newer hit animated series, RWBY. My tasks include modeling buildings, foliage, props, and vehicles from concepts, and creating textures from photo-realistic reference or in the case of RWBY, fully hand-painted.

Associate Environment Artist

Junction Point Studios, Austin, Texas – May 2012 – September 2012

  • Collaborated in the completion of Disney Epic Mickey 2: The Power of 2 by creating props, bringing outsourced items to a higher level of polish, building shaders, blending terrain textures, adjusting UV maps, and resolving environment bugs.

Contract Texture Artist

Shadows in Darkness, Coral Springs, Florida – February 2012 – March 2012

  • Assisted in the creation of hand-painted textures for a  Borderlands 2 character model.

3D Artist

Lifeline Studios, Waxahachie, Texas – March 2010 – July 2011

  • Modeled, unwrapped and textured 3D meshes.
  • Designed the overall look of the User Interface.
  • Optimized assets originally made in Lightwave to be used and edited in 3DS Max.
  • Integrated 3D meshes and materials directly into the game with the Unity 3 Engine editor.
  • Arranged foliage and placement of buildings in the game’s open world area.
